FAQ’s

DO ALL YOUR CLASSES HAVE MUSIC?
Yes they do! We are a music forward studio and not only do we love to get sweaty to killer tunes but we love to slow it down and chill it out with music to move you as well. 

ESSENTIAL OIL MASSAGES  AND OIL SOAKED TOWELS
Some classes will end in a gentle essential oil massage or a cool oil soaked towel. Not your preference? No worries, the instructor will ask if you want it or not.

I’M NEW TO PILATES, WHAT CLASS DO I START WITH?
All our instructors will create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable.  Our classes are ‘all level’ classes, meaning that you will be provided modifications that suit your level, current injuries and/or limitations.  Still confused? Chat with any of our team for more guidance.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in. The studio has a strict sock policy for hygienic and safety purposes. Socks must be worn when travelling throughout the studio and can be removed once you’re on the mat or Reformer.
**Please note that only grip socks are allowed during the use of the Reformer, as non-grip socks may lead to slipping/injury. Socks are available in the studio, for purchase.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Not a single thing! All you need to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest. We have mats and props set out and ready for you.

CAN I DROP IN?
Yes! We welcome drop-ins but proceed with caution, the class you want might be sold out so we encourage you to sign up in advance especially for evening classes. If you’re planning to drop-in please check online to see if there is space.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I GET TO CLASS?
If you’re new and dropping into the studio please arrive 15 minutes early to fill in our waiver and discover your new home away from home. Once you’re part of the Pure Pilates family, please show up at least 5 minutes prior to class.

BOOKING POLICY
All clients can book one class a day, seven days in advance. Any additional classes (2 a day), may be booked only, 24 hours in advance.
(For example, on a Monday if you’d like to book for the next Monday, set your alarm for midnight and go to mind body and add yourself to the next week’s class).

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Clients are responsible for signing themselves in and out of each group class. If you are unable to attend any of the group classes you have reserved, you will be responsible for removing yourself from that class or letting us know in advance.

If you do not remove yourself from any class you are booked to attend, you will be charged a fee of $30.00 to be paid in studio upon your following visit.

WHAT IS YOUR WAITLIST POLICY?
If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will be notified by email.  You are required to confirm via email if you WILL or WILL NOT be attending the class. Failure to pull yourself out of the class, will result in a fee of $30 to be paid upon your following visit.

CAN I SHARE MY PACKAGE WITH A FRIEND OR PARTNER?
All classes and packages are non-transferable.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
All packages, class passes and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CAN I PLACE MY PACKAGE ON HOLD?
Monthly contracts can be placed on hold for a $30 processing fee and re-started for an additional $30 processing fee.  Fully paid memberships can be paused and re-started with a $30 fee.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
There is street meter parking out front of the studio as well as a paid parking lot across the street.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
We do not have showers.   We do have a changeroom and bathroom
