Looking to take steps towards a healthier lifestyle? Motivated to try something new? Attempting to pass some time during lockdown? Well, we’ve got you covered; we are now offering 31 live-streamed classes, weekly.
We learned during the last lockdown, that it was hard for all of us to stay motivated and to keep exercising, while at home. The most popular feedback we received from our community, is that you were better able to commit to shorter classes. We are very excited to let you know that the new schedule, available to view now, includes many new live-streamed 30 minute classes. These shorter classes include cardio, Reformer, targeted muscle group-areas, yoga and meditation. All classes will be recorded and available in the on-demand library, for you to do at your convenience. Please take a look at the new schedule, we’ve created, in effort to keep you moving.
