In effort to support your fitness goals within your comfort zone, we currently offer over 40 in studio classes and over 20 live – streamed classes, weekly. Our memberships offer unlimited access to all of our classes, providing our clients a large variety of class styles, schedule times, instructors and pace.
Our On Demand Library, is available! Now, you can access the streamed classes when it works with YOUR schedule. All of our live streamed classes, will be added to the library. Additionally, 10, 20 & 30 minute, sessions that target certain body areas (a great fitness break for those of you, working from home, or those of you who prefer a quick workout) will be added.
Please note that the on demand library is available to those with memberships, only. Members will receive an on demand access link, via email. If you’re not a member yet, please join us and let’s keep moving, together!
